Fingerprinting Options for Out of State or Country Clients

 If you reside out of state or country, and require the service of having your fingerprints submitted to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) we have a simple solution.   Our Card Scan Processing Service utilizes advanced scanning technology to convert a traditional fingerprint card (“hard card”) into an electronic fingerprint record, able to be transmitted to the FDLE.  Converting a “hard card” into an electronic record enables an applicant to have their fingerprint record processed as quickly as if they had traveled to our fingerprint office location. 

Fingerprinting “Hard Card” submission information:

When submitting Fingerprinting Cards for conversion to Livescan, make sure you PRINT as clearly as possible all the following fields that are listed below:

2. Citizenship (CTZ)

3. Social Security Number (SOC)

4. Date of Birth (DOB)

5. Place of Birth (POB)

6. Sex 

7. Race

8. Height (HGT)

9. Weight (WGT)

10. Eye Color

11. Hair Color

12. ORI Number

13. Signature of Person Fingerprinted

14. Residence of Person Fingerprinted

• Include a "PHOTO COPY" of your VALID Driver’s License or Government Issued Picture ID 
• Include a current "ACTUAL PHOTO" of yourself, not a photo copy (ie; passport style photo)
• Payment – We accept All Major Credit / Debit Cards via our Secure Web Site
• INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPT
